Petition filed under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the 2nd respondent to execute the Non-bailable warrant issued by he Learned Family Court, Madurai in Cr.M.P.No.69/2018 dated 09.01.2019 within the time limit fixed by this Hon ble Court. O R D E R

The contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non-compliance of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.15400 of 2020, dated 23.12.2020, thereby directed the second respondent to execute the Non Bailable Warrant issued by the Family Court, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.
