O R D E R
The contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non-compliance of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.15400 of 2020, dated 23.12.2020, thereby directed the second respondent to execute the Non Bailable Warrant issued by the Family Court, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

CONT.P.(MD)No.260 of 2022 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner stated that the order passed by this Court has been complied with.
