UTHAYAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 17324 of 2017, dated 15.12.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners herein are complying with the condition regularly, without any deviation and he further submitted that the charge sheet is not yet filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 17324 of 2017, dated 15.12.2017 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e. on every Monday at 10.30 am until further orders.
