2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to the viral fever, the petitioner could not able https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ to mobilize the funds. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
