ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed challenging a communication by the first respondent herein to the second respondent, under which he has requested the second respondent to grant patta to the writ petitioner only for an extent of 14 cents in Sy.No.111/1A. According to the petitioner, he is entitled to get patta for a larger extent namely, for 1.43 acres. A perusal of the counter affidavit filed by the first respondent indicates that already patta has been granted in favour of the writ petitioner for an extent of 1.43 acres. Hence, the grievance of the writ petitioner has already been satisfied and no further orders are required to be passed.

2.Recording the statement in the counter affidavit, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
