ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to initiate appropriate action as against the fifth respondent, who was the President of a Co-operative Society. The petitioners have further prayed for permitting them to attend the board meeting of the fourth respondent society.

2. Admittedly, the tenure of office of the writ petitioners as well as the fifth respondent has come to an end. Hence, nothing survives to be 2/4

adjudicated in the present writ petition. This Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
