ORDER

The petition has been filed praying to direct the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd respondent to alter the FIR by adding the offences u/s.307 and 506(ii) IPC and include the other accused as per the written complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 18.6.2015 in Crime No.126 of 2015.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though there a more persons involved in the offence, case has been registered only against four persons. He further submitted that the subsequent complaint given by the petitioner in this regard has been refused. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the submission made, a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent to receive the subsequent complaint given by the petitioner

and proceed in accordance with law. It is made clear that the 2nd respondent shall not refuse to receive such a complaint.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
