ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "for extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 03.02.2022 and requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate No.II (FAC), Usilampatti, vide letter in D.No.508/22, dated 14.06.2022, this Court made the following order:- By letter, dated 14.06.2022 addressed to the Registrar (Judicial), Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II (FAC), Usilampatti, has requested further time of three months to dispose of the case in C.C.No.10 of 2022.
2. Considering the aforesaid request, time is extended for a further period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the order passed by this Court, dated 03.02.2022.
