SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 15559 of 2017, dated 15.12.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner herein is complying with the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ condition regularly, without any deviation and he further submitted that the charge sheet is not yet filed.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 15559 of 2017, dated 15.12.2017 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate once in a month i.e., on first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 am until further orders. sd/- 28/02/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
