Order : Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.G.THALAIMUTHARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.APG.OHM CHAIRMA PRABHU, Government Advocate (Criminal side), on behalf of the Respondents 1 & 2, this court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking extension of time for surrendering before the Trial Court in the order made in Crl.M.P.(MD.No.785 of 2019, in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.22434 of 2018, dated 31.01.2019.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.
3.Considering the submission made on either side, time granted by this Court vide order dated 31.01.2019, made in Crl.M.P.(MD). No.785 of 2019, in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.22434 of 2018, is extended further for a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.Accordingly, this Petition is ordered.
