[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent herein to pass suitable orders on the

recommendation made by the 4th respondent vide his letter dated 16.07.2012 and based on the petitioner's representation dated 08.02.2013 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner has made a representation on 08.02.2013, seeking for providing parking place of Taxies in Oorambu Junction. Since on order has been passed, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that the Writ Petition has been filed in the year 2013. Therefore, after a long period of 10 years, there would be a lot of change in circumstances. Hence, if the petitioner made a fresh representation, the same will be considered by the respondents in accordance with law.

4. In view of the above submissions, we direct the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the respondents, seeking for providing parking place of Taxies in Oorambu Junction, if required. If any representation is made, the first

respondent shall consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
