ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed, directing the respondents to accord permission for residential layout pertaining to survey no.18/1 in Town Survey No.22/2, 22/3, 22/4, Site Extent 13436.00 Sq.m. (3.32 Acres) in Ward - BQ, Block - 11, Palayamkottai Ward, in V.M.Chathiram Village, Palayamkottai Taluk, Tirunelveli District, by considering his online application in registration no.XE8XC32K, dated 05.08.2024. 2.Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the entire materials available on record.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent on written instructions submitted that the legal opinion in this regard has already been received from the learned Advocate General of the Madras High Court and on the basis of his opinion, the petitioners' application would be considered in due course of time.

4.Recording the same, this Court direct the respondents to consider the petitioners' online application and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5.Hence, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
