O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the M.C.No.2 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur, to Judicial Magistrate, Karur.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that whenever the petitioner had attended the trial Court at Tiruchirappalli, the respondent / wife is in habit of creating problems and quarrelled with the petitioner / husband. Hence, the present petition has been filed seeking for transfer of the case. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that since the petitioner has not paid the arrears of maintenance amount, it was questioned by the respondent/wife other than that the first respondent has not quarrelled with the petitioner.

4.At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays a direction may be issued to the trial Court to complete the trial and dispose the same as early as possible. 5.considering the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur, to complete the trial in M.C.No.2 of 2017 and to dispose the same in accordance with law as expeditiously https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD).No.1054 of 2020 as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that in the event of any petition being filed to recover the arrears of maintenance, it shall be considered and disposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur without any delay.
