This petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner in Crime No.130 of 2012, on the file of the respondent police, in S.C.No.332 of 2012, pending on the file of the VI Additional Sessions Judge, Madurai.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that there is no harassment at the hands of the respondent.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this petition is closed. It is made clear that in the even to any fresh complaint, the petitioner will not be harassed.
