The present writ petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the second respondent herein, under which the second respondent has annulled the registration of 63 documents.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner brought to the notice of the Court that by an order, dated 30.04.2018 the second respondent has rescinded the said impugned order and he has also recalled the same.

3. In view of the subsequent events, no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
