ORDER : The Court made the following order :- On 09.01.2026, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the injured is still in hospital and therefore, this Court had granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the injured has been discharged from the hospital and the petitioners have complied with the conditions imposed in the interim anticipatory bail regularly.

3. In view of the above submission, the interim anticipatory bail already granted is made absolute and this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, with the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as when required for interrogation.
