ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction directing respondents to rectify the extent of the property comprised in Old T.S.No.6084/3 E.15 new T.S.No.9465 to an extent of 2804 sq.ft. instead of 2499 sq.ft. situated at Rajagopalapuram fourth Lane, Pudukkottai in the light of the Sale Certificate issued by the Raja Samasthanam vide D.Dis.11618 of 1936 dated 17.2.1937 cum RCA 3.3.39 of 39 D/30.05.1937.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving an opportunity of hearing and issue notice to the petitioner.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
