The present Writ Petition is filed challenging the notice issued by the third respondent directing the petitioner to remove the Tea Shop which is running in the Office premises of the second respondent.

W.P.(MD).No.1633 of 2012 2.According to the writ petitioner, now, there is no such disturbance, he is running the said Tea Shop and he is not pressing the Writ Petition.
