impugned order of dismissal from service PER/0263/2005, dated 13.09.2005 of the second respondent and the Reply to the Appeal against the order of dismissal in HR/AP/2005, dated 01.12.2005 on the file of the third respondent and the Functus Officio enquiry proceedings report dated 13.04.2005 by Mr.R.Swaminathan BABL., retired Chief Judicial Magistrate cum Special Judge, Karur basing on which the second respondent issued the second show cause notice per/0263/2005, dated 19.04.2005 followed by the order of dismissal from service PER/0263/2005 dated 13.09.2005 by the second respondent and to quash the same absolutely which are ultra vires, unconstitutional and against the principle of natural justice and which are arbitrarily infringed my fundamental rights of right to freedom of speech and expression under Article 19 and Right to life, personal liberty, equality and dignity under Article 21 of the Constitution of India and Human Rights Protection Act 1993 and to direct the respondents to reinstate him in the employment with consequential monetary and service benefits.

PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, (i) to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records and the impugned remarks in the return of the Copy Application SR.No.2612/08, dated 09.06.2008;(ii) to issue a Writ of Mandamus to issue Certificate copies of one No.of Additional Typed Set of papers 1-313 page and description of documents 1-4 pages; (iii) to award me cost of this petition; (iv) to award me unliquidated compensation in term of money for the Lawful omission and unlawful acts of the respondents during the course of their employment with the judiciary under the provision of English Common Law.; (v) to award me a compensation of Rs.50,000/- from each respondents for untold hardship, mental worries and mental agony which resulted by the wrongful and improper act of the respondents 1 and 2 herein.
