ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A11 in Crime No.111 of 2009 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 09.06.2015 in pursuance of non bailable warrant issued in P.R.C.No.28 of 2011 by the Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 332, 336, 353 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., r/w Section 3 of TNPPDL Act and hence, seeks bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this petitioner/A11 was regularly appearing before the committal Court, but on 06.08.2014 he was not aware of the hearing date and hence, non bailable warrant was issued against the petitioner. He further submitted that the petitioner undertakes to appear before the committal Court as well as the trial Court for all hearing dates, without fail.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court to inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like
