Crime No.533 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused were found in illegal possession of 2.200 kg of ganja. Hence, the Law Enforcing Agency registered a case against the accused. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that no recovery was made from the petitioner. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is having 20 previous cases. Out of which, 5 cases are in similar nature. Hence, he strongly opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that out of 20 previous cases, 5 cases are in similar nature, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
