ORDER
This quash petition is filed to quash the F.I.R. in crime No.121 of 2013 on the file of the 1st respondent as against the petitioners.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that F.I.R. in crime No.121 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent has been closed on 08.08.2016 and hence, nothing survives in this petition.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
