ORDER

This petition is filed to withdraw and transfer the petition in H.M.O.P.No.2 of 2020 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Kovilpatti to the Family Court, Madurai.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that there is great hope for Mediated settlement.

4.These are pandemic days and hence, learned counsel may also show some enthusiasm to encourage the parties to settle and be the Mediators themselves. If however, they could not bring about Mediated settlement, the transferee Court may also endeavour to do the same.

5.In these circumstances, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the eventuality of this Court considering transfer of H.M.O.P.No.2 of 2020 may be transferred to Sub Court, Madurai since before the Family Court the parties are required to appear on every posting date, the petitioner might find it difficult to attend every hearing.

6.Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and H.M.O.P.No.2 of 2020, now pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Kovilpatti is directed to be withdrawn from the said Court and transferred to the file of II Additional Sub Court, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Tr.C.M.P(MD).No.22 of 2020 Madurai. The presiding officer of the II Additional Sub Court, Madurai, is required to dispose of the matter as early as possible. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
