This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the FIR in Crime No.251 of 2015 dated 19.06.2015 on the file of the Panagudi Police Station, Tirunelveli District. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that after completing investigation, charge sheet has been filed and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.449 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3.Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
