Criminal Original Petition is filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying this Court, to call for records in Crime No.20 of 2014 on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Tiruverumbur, Trichy and to quash the same as illegal with regard to the petitioner and abuse process of law.

ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed for calling the records in Crime No.20 of 2014 on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Tiruverumbur, Trichy and to quash the same as illegal with regard to the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and also the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the first respondent.

3. The allegation in the FIR shows cognizable offences. This Court cannot go into the dispute in questions of fact at this stage.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with a direction to the first respondent to file the final report within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
