This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction, directing the respondents 2 to 4 not to harass the petitioner and his family members by way of interfering with the family dispute, under the guise of enquiry.
2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint received by the respondent police, the petitioner was only called for enquiry, after issuing summons and there is no harassment by the respondent police.
3.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
