Second Appeal against the decree and Judgment passed by the IV Additional Sub Court, Tiruchirapalli in A.S.No.204/2013 dated 23.12.2014 reversing the decree and judgement of the District Munsif Court, Musiri in O.S.No.185 of 2010 dated 05.11.2013. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.
