Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of impugned order dated 26.11.2024 in proceedings bearing No. AG(A and E) P23/2/PT-41986/ PPO.No.T112913/24-25 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same and direct the 1st respondent to sanction the family pension to the petitioner with effect from 08.04.2023 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

Mrs. Mahalakshmi, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent submits that the first respondent sanctioned the family pension to the petitioner vide proceedings dated 06.03.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner also accepted the same.

3. In view of the above factual position, in our considered view, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
