Learned Counsel for the Fifth Respondent submits that the tenure of the contract between the Fourth and Fifth Respondents which has only for a period of one year, has already been completed and as such, nothing survives in this writ petition to be adjudicated upon further. He has also made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.
