The instant writ petition has been filed by the Secretary of an aided minority institution seeking a mandamus as against the first respondent to consider their application dated 20.11.2024.

2. A perusal of the records reveal that one Ramapriya who was working as Junior Assistant in the petitioner school was placed under suspension on 12.10.2024. On expiry of two months period, the petitioner management has addressed a communication on 20.11.2024, seeking permission to extend the order of suspension. Since, no order has been passed by the respondent authorities, the present writ petition has been filed.
3. Considering the above said facts, the first respondent is directed to consider the application submitted by the petitioner dated 20.11.2024, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above said observations, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
