Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings issued by the second respondent in Sattam/Sa 2/421/2012 dated 15.02.2012 and quash the same and consequently, to direct the respondents to club the services rendered by the petitioner as a driver from 01.04.1979 to 30.09.1989 before medical discharge along with the services rendered by the petitioner as a Tradesman from 01.02.1990 to 28.02.2007 after medical discharge and revise the monthly pension and commuted value of pension accordingly and to pay the arrears of the petitioner.
