This petition filed under section 482 of Cr.p.c. to extend the time imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD) NO.2298 of 2019 order dated 14/02/2019 and permit the petitioner to surrender and execute sureties before the Learned Mahila Court, Trichy and thus render justice.

This petition filed under section 482 of Cr.p.c. to direct the Learned II-Additional District Judge(PCR), Tirunelveli to accept the surrender of the petitioner/Accused and consider the petitioners Bail application and grant bail on the date of surrender itself in Crime NO.25 of 2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent police and thus render justice.

This Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the petition and Affidavit filed by the petitioner and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. K.SivaBalan Advocate for the Petitioner, and of Mr.A.P.G.Ohm Chairma Prabhu, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, this court made the following order:

This Petition is filed by the petitioners, seeking extension of time in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2298 of 2019, dated 14.02.2019 and permit the petitioners to surrender and execute sureties before the learned Mahila Court, Trichy.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.Considering the submission made on either side, time granted by this Court vide order dated 14.02.2019, made in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.2298 of 2019 is extended further for a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this Petition is ordered.
