The present petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take necessary action against the respondents 4 and 6 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2021.

WP(MD)No.938 of 2021 instructions, would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner was enquired by the second respondent in CSR.No.6 of 2021 and closed the same since the matter in dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents is purely civil in nature.

3.The aforesaid submissions was not refuted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4.Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
