Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.603 of 2018, dated 22.01.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are complying the condition from 29.01.2018 to till date. He further submitted that charge sheet has not been filed.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition already imposed on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioners is modified to the extent that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
