PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records pertaining to FIR in crime No.50 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

This quash petition is filed to quash the FIR in crime No.50 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police as against the petitioners.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation in crime No.50 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent has almost been over and the respondent is yet to file the charge sheet.
3.Considering the said submission, this Court is not inclined to quash the criminal proceedings against the petitioner and the criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed. However, the respondent police is directed to file the final report, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
