Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1066 of 2018, dated 23.01.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner herein is complying the condition from 25.01.2018 to till date. He further submitted that charge sheet has been filed in this case.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1066 of 2018, dated 23.01.2018, is fully relaxed. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
