The order of transfer has been stayed by this Court till 13.01.2020. However, the petitioner has not stated whether the interim stay granted was extended thereafter or not. The challenge in the writ petition relates to transfer on the ground that the petitioner was transferred within a period of one year. Now, three years has lapsed. Cont.P.(MD) No.135 of 2020 order pending. The other grounds raised by the petitioner in this contempt petition may be pursued at the time of final disposal of the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition in W.P.(MD) No.26096 of 2019 is directed to be listed next week and the contempt petition is closed.
