2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that final report is filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar in C.C.No.573 of 2023, without perusal of the records. On 12.01.2022, an interim order was passed not to file final report. Thereafter, it was not listed before this Court. In the meantime, investigation was completed and final report was filed due to the non existence of the stay order.

Recording the said submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous, giving liberty to the petitioner to work out remedy through appropriate proceedings.
