ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus, directing the second respondent to complete the speedy enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner dated 17.12.2024 and to take necessary action accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to dispose the complaint lodged by the petitioner, after conducting enquiry and after hearing both sides, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
