This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 23.11.2012, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Today(20.04.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that the enquiry was conducted on 15.01.2013, based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 23.11.2012. Though the petitioner appeared for enquiry, he refused to give any statement. Hence, further action on the representation of the petitioner dated 23.11.2012 was dropped and the same was also communicated to the petitioner.
