This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, praying to call for the records pertaining to the M.C.No.36 of 2015, pending on the file of the Additional Mahila Court-Magisterial Level, Madurai and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and perused the records.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, after making submissions, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that appearance of the petitioners may be dispensed with until and unless the same is required by the court below. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the same, the appearance of the petitioners before the court below is dispensed with and all the issues are well open. Further, this court is inclined to direct the learned Additional Mahila Court-Magisterial Level, Madurai to dispose of the case in M.C.No.36 of 2015, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
