RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time order in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 1014 of 2018 dated 23.01.2018 on the file of this Honourable Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.PRABHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1014 of 2018, dated 23.01.2018, for executing the sureties.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner could not able to arrange the sureties within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.1014 of 2018, dated 23.01.2018. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
