PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to withdraw the in Crime No.79 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent to the third respondent for transfer the investigation.

Seeking a direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.79 of 2015 from the file of the second respondent, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents and perused the records.

3. After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice, if the further investigation is to be done under the supervision and direction of the Superintendent of Police, Sivagangai District.

4. Considering the same, the direction is issued to the first respondent to supervise and monitor the investigation.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
