ORDER
Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for in the writ petition, with the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.11.2024. The petitioner has applied for subdivision and issuance of patta to the first respondent. The first respondent, in turn, forwarded the said application to the fourth respondent for necessary action. However, it is seen that despite the communication emanating from the first respondent on 17.12.2024, the fourth respondent has not taken any further steps to pass orders on the petitioner's representation.
3.Considering the limited relief sought for in the writ petition, this Writ 2/4
Petition is disposed of with a direction to the fourth respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 21.11.2024 on its own merits and in accordance with law, after issuing advance notice to the petitioner and any other interested parties. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
