Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.BALAJI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6916 of 2017, dated 24.08.2017, for executing sureties.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that since the father of the second petitioner fell ill, they could https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ not produce the sureties in time.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on the said submission.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the father of the second petitioner fell ill, this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended for a further period of ten days ie., on or before 19.01.2018. sd/- 10/01/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.) Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai - 625 023.
