ORDER

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petitioner had passed away. The learned Counsel for the first respondent has provided the address of the legal heirs. Though the petitioner had taken steps to send register post to the said legal heirs, the letter has been returned as "no such addressee". In such circumstances, the learned Counsel for the petitioner reports "no instructions". The writ petitioner had passed away and the legal heirs are not traceable.

2. The writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the legal heirs of the writ petitioner to restore the writ petition as and when they apply before this Court after providing sufficient reasons for the delay. 2/4

3. With the above said observations, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
