Hemprakash Building, 92 Kazi Syed Street, Mandvi, Mumbai.400030 : Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned sale notice dated 17.12.2020 consequently direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.10.2020 and 17.11.2020 for release of title deeds deposited with the bank as security for the loans borrowed on behalf of the 2nd and 3rd petitioners companies enabling the petitioner to settle the loan borrowed on behalf of the 1st petitioner company from the respondent bank and other creditors, who have supported the petitioners by giving a short term credit for discharging the other loans borrowed on behalf of the 2nd and 3rd petitioner company.
