O R D E R

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner moved this Petition seeking direction against the Respondents 2 and 3 herein, not to harass the Petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry, based on the complaint given by the 4th Respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the Subject matter of this Petition is clearly attracts the Circular of the Additional Director General of Police, regarding money transaction. As per the Circular of the Additional Director General of Police, Law & Order, Tamil Nadu, in C.No.18/ ADGP/ L&O/Camp/2024, dated 09.01.2024, the Field Officers through out the State were warned not entertain Complaint or register a Case, involving money dispute, land dispute, property dispute, pathway dispute, intellectual property dispute, etc. Therefore, the Respondent Police had closed the enquiry.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Petition is closed. The Petitioner is directed to approach the civil Court for refund of the money.
