ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned Additional District Munsif, Virudhunagar, for early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.124 of 2019.

2.This Court, vide order dated 19.01.2026, had directed the learned Additional District Munsif, Virudhunagar, to send a year wise pendency report of the pending suits and in compliance of the same, the learned District Munsif, Virudhunagar, had sent a report vide proceedings in D.No.35, dated 29.01.2026, annexing the breakup details with regard to the pendency of the cases arising from the year 1998 to 2026, which was addressed to the Assistant Registrar (CS-I) of this Court. From the perusal of the same, it is seen that the total number of pending cases is 718 and the pendency of the suits in the year 2019 is 14. 3.Considering the fact that the present suit is of the year 2019, the learned Additional District Munsif, Virudhunagar, is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the suit in O.S.No.124 of 2019 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the aforesaid directions, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
