Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the Impugned Letter of the 4th Respondent, dated 23.07.2011 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st and 3rd Respondents to issue suitable orders to their subordinates to include the name of the petitioner in the beneficiaries list for the year 2009-2010 so as to enable the 4th respondent to disburse the crop insurance amount forthwith the Petitioner.
