Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.JOSEPH JERRY, Advocate for the petitioners in both the petitions and of Mr.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI Govt. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, in both the petitions, the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)Nos.11334 & 11336 of 2017 , dated 22.11.2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners are not complying with the condition from 18.12.2017 onwards.
